Charlene and I were born in New Orleans so it's no surprise that cajun food is my absolute favorite. In fact, she and I spent as much time in restaurants during our recent trip to NOLA than we did shopping & sight-seeing combined!

Growing up in Texas solidified my love of chicken fried steak.
My favorite place in the DFW are is Babe's Chicken.
Babe's is a casual restaurant that serves family-style.
You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu!!
